5, 4, 3, 2, 1………..BOOM!!!  Its is officially wedding season here and we couldn’t be more stoked to start our 2012 year with Jason and Ashley.  We so so love these two.  They have cool style.  They have awesome attitudes, and they are just plain awesome.  Jen and I got really excited for their wedding cause the place where the wedding was going to be held at was bonkers.

Willow Creek Events in Brownsville is where its at!!!!  This place is HUGE and so beautiful.  The place is run by a amazing couple and they do pretty much all the getting ready of the place.  Its quite amazing and even more amazing in person.  The scenery and trees and natural area that surrounds the venue is breath taking and it totally fit into Jason and Ashley’s vision for their wedding.

We met them up there early in the day and began a amazing day with them.  The wedding party was tons of fun to hang out with, the friends and family there were full of energy and the weather and day was perfect.  Jason and Ashley we couldn’t have asked for a better couple to start out or 2012 wedding season with.  We can’t wait to share teh rest of the photos from your wedding day with you both soon.

It has been a awesome 2011 for us.  What a year.  Our final wedding of the year couldn’t have ended on a better note.  A few weeks ago Jen and I met up with Dan & Lindsay for their wedding at The Croatian Center.  Now from their Engagement Session, we automatically connected with them.  They are a couple that is totally fun, easy going, and RAD!!!  Their wedding was simple, yet stylish and fun.  We loved the ceremony as well cause instead of having everyone sit in rows like normal, they had a few rows on both sides with tables behind them so it felt much more casual and intimate for family and guests.  Pretty rad if you ask me.  Their day was so amazing and like I said before we couldn’t have ended our wedding season on a better note then with Dan & Lindsay.  Guys, we hope you enjoy your wedding teaser and we so can’t wait to share the rest of your wedding day with you.

Its Friday and almost time for the weekend.  Hope you all are having a great morning today.  A few weeks ago Jen and I drove to Newcastle, to meet up with Chris & Holly for their wedding day.  We love this couple.  They are so funny and love to be goofy ( which I love to be goofy around Jen to bug her sometimes ) around each other.  they laugh together and just put off a vibe that makes you feel super comfortable and almost like you have been friends with them from the start.  The wedding day was at Newcastle Wedding Gardens and the weather we thought was going to rain that day according to the weather reports, but it didn’t rain at all, and the day was fantastic.  One of the coolest things we have seen to date at a wedding reception was they decided not to have a bar, but they decided to have a coffee bar, with a barista that made anything from latte’s, to mocha’s, to anything else you could think of.  Jen and I had to try one and they were so tasty.  What a unique idea for a wedding.  Chris & Holly your wedding was so amazing.  Enjoy your wedding blog teaser and we can’t wait to share the rest with you guys!

A couple weeks ago Jen and I ventured out to Geyserville to Vanoni Ranch to photograph Paul & Nikki’s wedding.  These two are tons of fun as we found out during their engagement session.  Both of them have personalities that draw you in and you feel like you have been friends with them for a long time, like BFF status!  Seriously, we totally enjoyed their wedding day. Few weeks ago we ventured out to Lodi, to Wine & Roses to photograph Justin & Megan’s Wedding.  These two make a awesome couple.  When we photographed their Engagement Session we had a blast.  They both have a amazing heart for each other and on their wedding day they both were so ready and excited to be getting married. Ahhh today as I am writing this post its been raining and windy around here and I am loving every minute of it. Man its been a very busy September for us, but that’s alright cause our couples are amazing and seriously, Dustin & Whitney rock it out like no other.  There is a love that both have for each other that is very contagious when you are with them.  When you look at both of them together, it glows off of them.  Its crazy I know but its true, and we love that about them. the two words that come to mind about them are “genuine love”.  We feel in love with them right from the beginning when we met them over coffee.  Jen and I left the meeting and said to each other” OMG they are such a rad couple”.  After we did their Engagement Session, we got even more excited for their wedding day and when it came, Jen and I woke up that morning excited and ready for the day, not to mention that we got to work with the crazy talented Lovespun Handmade Wedding Films, led by Jessica Ringor and her awesome husband Lewis.  These two are amazing and we couldn’t be happied that Dustin & Whitney picked them to film their day.The weather was fantastic, considering it was in the mid 80′s in Capay Valley, and in Sacramento it was almost 100 so we will take cooler weather thats for sure.   We met up with Dustin and Whitney at seperate hotels where they got ready and then ventured to Taber Ranch, which by the way is a beautiful venue. From up on top a hill for the ceremony, to a outdoor dinner, to dancing in a barn, it was truly a amazing day filled with love, joy, tears and laughter.  Dustin & Whitney we so loved your wedding.  Jen and I came home and were so in love with everything about your day.  Enjoy your wedding blog teaser and we can’t wait to share the rest with you both soon.
